pituitary dwarfism is caused by deficieny of growth hormone which isreleased form pituitarygland.Moreover in pituitary dwarfismthe person is short statured but mental level is normal. but thyroid dwarfism is dur to deficiency of thyroid hormone.And here the growthis disproportionate,with mental retardation.
