⏩Tissue Culture: It is a technique of propagating plants by culturing cells or tissues in a culture medium .It can be performed so as to obtain a plant directly.
⏩Micro propagation: When vegetative propagation isn't possible in a plant ,it's bud ,shoot apex ,or some other parts is used for Micro propagation.
This plant is called EXPLANT.
If we want to create a plant, we need to perform the formation with tissue.
