The tongue twister are repetition of words in different way or may be different words but sounds same
Example - I saw Susie sitting in a shoe shine shop.
Where she sits she shines, and where she shines she sits.

Proper alliteration is NOT a repetition of letters, it is a repetition of sounds.

For example, fish and physicsalliterate because they begin with the same consonant sound (f) - even though the initial letters are different.
