in traditional farming farmers use traditional techniques of tools..

the living standor of the farmers are also very low.

this type of farming is done to meet the need of their family

it is done in a small plot of land.

modern farming

farmers use modern techniques of tools

they also develope crop rotation and mixed croping

in their free time they also developed cottage industry .

1. uses manures and compost.

2. more farm labours and no machines.

3. Depended on seasonal rainfall.

4. Animals are used to plough the field.

5. production is less but crops are of high quality.

Modern farming...

1. uses chemical fertilizers.

2. less farm labours and more machines.

3. not dependent on seasonal rainfall.

4. tractors used for ploughing the fields.

5. production is more but crops are of less quality...
