Hi!

Tropic movement is a directional movement .for eg.plant's stem

while Nastic Movement is a non directional movement .
for eg.mimosa pudica.

In trophic movement there is a directional growth of a plant, or part of a plant in response to external stimulus such as gravity or light.

Most nastic movement are temporary reversible. Nastic movement are more specialized in function and distribution than trophic movement.
