Money is a thing that most of the people want in abundance, mainly for working people. Money is the main factor according to which a person selects a job. But it is not the only thing that is important. Money is secondary. at primary position, the people employed there are the main, how they behave with others. If the employees are good, we have fun doing our job. So money is important, but is SECONDARY.

Money plays an imp. role in making an individual work for thousand rupees or for lakhs and crores quantity doesn't matter at all. if their is plenty and more than enough the person hardly went to work outside the home for his or her daily requirements.

In contrast, money is not the only motivation for work, because their re people who spend countless hrs. working in fields like teachers, who re not paid nearly what they re worth for. whenever u choose  ur profession, the first criteria for selection is that u must love ur profession beyond anything.

Second while choosing jobs the first thing u should see is that the company ids organised or not and whether their ur work is valued or not with love and care. People re also motivated by having autonomy, but more money doesn't often equal greater perceived autonomy.

Similarly, feelings of relatedness and fairness re motivators. they re determined more by informal interactions. This article is not to suggest that money doesn't motivate but to encourage self-serving materialism.

hope it helps.........
