Tropical Evergreen Forestsare found in the regions receiving more than 200 cm of rainfall.
Tropical Deciduous Forests are found in the region having rainfall in therange of 70 cm – 200 cm. The trees of the deciduous forests shed their leaves for about six to eight months during the dry season.

Tropical evergreen forest : These forests are found between the tropics and equator.These region has too much sunlight and recive heavy rainfall. So, these trees don't shed there leaves throughout the year. Tree grown here are rosewood, mahogany etc...
Deciduous forest : These forests are found in India, Central Asia and Northern part of America.Tree she'd their leaves in dru season to conserve water. Hardwood trees are commonly found here as they are useful on making furniture and other transportation material. Animals like tigers, bear,lions are mostly found here.
