_________

BOTH ARE LATIN UMBRA AND PENUMBRA.

UMBRA MEANS ""shadow""
and
PENUMBRA it means ""hangs""

WE can understood easily.

PENUMBRA
》 Penbambra is a light shading, which results in a light source shining on an object.

》 The penumbra is not a true shadow.

》Cinematography gradually becomes light due to shadow, because Penumbra is away from Umbra..

UMBRA

》 umbara shows the deepest part of the shadow if you target a light source directly on an object, then the smallest part of the shadow behind the object is the thigh of the shadow.

》 Behind the object, the largest darkest part of the shadow is the shadow of the shadow.

》 its a true shadow.
