heya your answer is here

☆Unity of command- one subordinate should recieve orders from and should be responsible to only one superior.

Unity of direction- each group of activities having same objective must have one head and one plan

UC- it prevents dual subordination

UD - it prevents overlapping of activities

UC - it effects an individual employee

UD - it effects the entire organisation

UC -  it can be followed with coordination between various departments.

UD - it can be followed with coordinated and focussed efforts ☆
