☆Unity of command- one subordinate should recieve orders from and should be responsible to only one superior.
Unity of direction- each group of activities having same objective must have one head and one plan
UC- it prevents dual subordination
UD - it prevents overlapping of activities
UC - it effects an individual employee
UD - it effects the entire organisation
UC - it can be followed with coordination between various departments.
UD - it can be followed with coordinated and focussed efforts ☆
