Uriniferous tubule is a tube like structure that carries the filtrate from the mephron to the collecting tubule. In between the path water and ions are re-absorbed.

The collecting tubule collects all the filtrate from various uriniferous tubule and then accumulates and throws into Collecting duct. Collecting tubule is larger than Uriniferous tubule.
