Valves :-

Valves are actually flaps (leaflets) that act as one-way inlets for blood coming into a ventricle and one-way outlets for blood leaving a ventricle.

Septum :-

A septum is a wall, dividing a cavity or structure into smaller ones.

\implies Septum: divides the heart into left and right sides. Valves: prevents the back flow of the blood.
