HERE IS YOUR ANSWER MATE:-

Vernier calliper- A vernier caliper is a visual aid to take an accurate measurement reading between 2 graduation makings on a linear scale by using mechanical interpolation; thereby increasing resolution and reducing measurements uncertainty by using Vernier acuity to reduce human estimation error.

A screw gauge- Micrometre sometimes also known as Micrometre screw gauge is a device incorporating a caliberate screw widely used for accurate components of components. In mechanical engineering and mechaning as well as most mechanical trades along with other mechanical instruments like dial, Vernier, and dial callipers.

HOPE THIS HELPS U MATE!!

  • The basic difference between screw gauge and vernier caliper is that screw gauge is used to measure only external measurement while vernier caliper is used to measure external as well as internal measurement.
  • Micrometer Screw gauge and vernier caliper both are length measuring devices.
