Difference between viruses and viroids?

Virus-
Nucleic acid can be DNA or RNA.

A protein covering or coat called capsid is present around the genetic material.

Virus has a larger size.

Viroid-
Viroid is formed of only RNA.

A protein coat is absent.

Viroid has a smaller size.

The size:Viroids are smaller in size than viruses.

The existence of RNA: Viroids doesn't have RNA or any other protein coat.But virases contain RNA.
