                   Really happy to write to you.how are you all there in america.we all are fine here.climatic conditions here is too bad uncle,its very hot to step out.I guess its monsoon now there.uncle i need a help from you to be done.you already know  my best friend Abash.you even bought him a toy car last time when you visited here.He is now suffering with a severe heart diseases.our family doctor suggested,that is his only suggestion to get treated in Duke university hospital in America.I want you to help him to get admitted there and completely treated.He doesn't know about America uncle so please help him.I will write about his details in my next letter uncle.bye take care.

Dear Uncle,

How are you? I hope everything is fine at your end. The weather must be warm these days. It is quite hot and humid here, but I still think it is definitely better than the freezing winter temperatures.

Do you remember me introducing you to Vaibhav, my childhood friend the last time that you visited India? Well, he is not keeping well at all. He was admitted to the hospital with severe chest pain. The doctors have found a hole in his heart. A surgery is inevitable. We are waiting for him to stabilize and get the doctors' clearance before he can head to New York for the surgery. 

I was wondering if I could, with your permission, forward your phone numbers  to Vivek's family. It would be great if you could help them.
