water is transparent and also inner molecules are far .
oil contain fat and other chemi products
milk contain calcium ...etc and milk have high PH value...this is not transparent the inner molecules also some times just near and some times far by types of milks

When oil is mixed in water it doesn't dissolve in water. Thus, it is an immiscible liquid. Whereas milk dissolves in water. So, it is a miscible liquid.
