a) gives dense white fumes when a glass rod dipped in concentrated hydrochloric acid is brought near Ammonia gas ,where as -HCL gives dense white fumes when a glass rod dipped in Ammonia solution and bought near the mouth of the test tube containing HCL acid vapours
b) chlorine turns moist starch iodide paper from colourless to blue black and Nitrogen dioxide dissolves in cold water to give a mixture of nitrous and nitric acid in a solution which acts on Blue Litmus and turns it red
c)Sulphur dioxide turns acidified potassium permanganate from Pink to clear colourless. Chlorine turns moist starch iodide paper to blue black from colourless .
