Difference between young fold mountains and old fold mountains

Old fold mountains are the mountains which were formed 50-60 million years ago. 
Young fold mountains are the ones formed comparatively new (30-40 million years ago).

Some mountains form when two large landmasses push against each other. Example, The himalayas, rockies etc..
Young fold mountains are mountains that form 30-40 million years ago. Whereas old fold mountains are mountains that form 50-60 million years ago.
