Unitary Government:- when all powers are legaly enjoyed by central government and the provincial governments are completely under central government , this systen is called Unitary Government
Fedral Government:-when the powers are divided between the central and the states and both work independent of each other , one cannot interfere in the working of other , it is called Fedral Government
