The difference between magnetic and electric flux are :

Magnetic - Magnetic flux acts on ferromagnetic material whereas Electric flux acts on any oppositely charged material.
Electric -Elcteric flux acts on any oppositely charged material.

Electric Flux V/S Magnetic Flux
===============✴==================

the area around a magnet within which magnetic force is exerted is called a magnetic field.
the process of strength of magnetic field is generated by "magnetic flux lines".

the direction of magnetic field line field is also indicated by these lines.
the closure the lines the stronger the medic field and vice versa when iron particles are placed over a magnetic flux line can be clearly seen.

☆difference on the basis of nature

Electric field created around electric charge
while magnetic field created around moving electric charge magnets.

☆ on the basis of units.

Electric field Si units in Newton per columnb or volts per metre while magnetic field 's unit is goss a Tesla.

☆on the basis of force acting on that.

In electric field force proportional to electric charge while in magnetic field force is proportional to charge and speed of electric charge.

☆ Movement in electromagnetic field

In electric field it is perpendicular to the magnetic field while in magnetic field it is perpendicular to the electric field.

☆on the basis of Pole

electric field has monopole a dipole while mentok field has only dipole.
