Human Dna is highly coiled and is attached to histone proteins which help in maintaining the compact nature of the Dna. The bacterial Dna is not bound to histone proteins, so it isn't as tightly packed as in humans.
Also, bacterial Dna can exist both in circular and linear form, whereas Human Dna exists only in linear form.
And it is obvious that the mechanisms(Dna replication, transcription) involved in humans are much more complex when compared to those in bacteria because it's unicellular in nature.
