i guess you mean difference of time b/w each degree of LONGITUDE on earth :-
lets understand the concept !
basically earth has been divided into 360 degrees of longitude ( imaginary lines) and now again these 360 degrees are divided into 24 hours per day , so it results in 4 minutes per longitude...
ie ,
360 degrees equals 24 hours and,
1 hour = 15 degrees ...
and so 1 degree equals 4 minutes.( 60 ÷ 15 )
