We know that When the number of sample values are large in number and are in wide range, then the whole data is divided in a number of several groups according to the size of the sample. Each of these groups, made as above, is known as class interval

Now For any grouped frequency table with class intervals, the middle value of the class limits or the class boundaries of any class is called class mark of the class

Again Length of the class interval of an class is defined to be the difference between the lower and upper class boundaries ( not class limits) of that particular class interval.

For example we consider two class interval

6 - 10 , 10 - 14

Then class size = 10 - 6 = 4

Again class mark of the the class 6 - 10

 \sf =  \dfrac{6 + 10}{2}

 \sf =  \dfrac{16}{2}

 \sf =  8

Also class mark of the the class 10 - 14

 \sf =  \dfrac{10 + 14}{2}

 \sf =  \dfrac{24}{2}

 \sf =  12

So the Difference of two Successive class mark

= 12 - 8

= 4

Thus we see that Difference of two Successive class mark is known as class size

Hence the statement is TRUE
