1] Evaporation is a slow process but boiling is a rapid process.
2] Evaporation takes place at the surface of liquid but boiling takes place throughout the mass of liquid.
3] Evaporation takes place at all temperatures but boiling takes place only at a definite temperature , that is 100℃.
4] Evaporation do not involves formation of bubbles but boiling involves formation of bubbles.
5] In case of Evaporation, the temperature of the surroundings fall but in case of boiling, the temperature of the surroundings remains constant.
