Endometrium, Myometrium and Perimmetrium are the three layers of the uterus of a human female.
Endometrium (inner) is made up of a single layer of epithelium. It is a glandular layer that lines the uterine cavity. This layer undergoes cyclic changes(menstrual cycle).

Myometrium is the middle thick layer of smooth muscle(function is muscle contraction during parturition).
Perimetrium is the external thin membrane.

Hope this is useful to u. If u have any queries.... ask me.:)

♀️Uterus in female mammal is made up of three tissue layers:

1) Endometrium

It is the innermost layer of the uterus which is highly specialized for performing the menstrual and reproductive functions.

2) Myometrium

It is the layer present between the Endometrium and Perimetrium of the uterus. It is the muscular layer made up of smooth muscle cells and occupies most of the uterine space.

3) Perimetrium

It is the thin outer layer of the uterus made up of epithelial cells. It is also known as serosa.
