the condition of local self government before the amendment was pathetic the state government did not transfer their significant powers and revenue to the local self government being small garment they could not held the elections on their own revenue and ethers are in a distracted man but in the amendment of 1992 a great significance step towards a local self government was put forward now it is a constitutional mandatory to gear share some powers and revenues also the constitution prescribes there should be a regular election to the local self government
