Hi there!

Simple Present Tense is used to express general facts and habits. While Present Perfect Tense is used to declare things that have happened since the first and still have a connection since now or things that have been completed.

present continuous tense shows the action that is going on whereas in present perfect continuous tense is used to show the action that have completed recently
