Hi there!
□ Labours were the ones who got jobs in factories, industries and large manufacturers.
□ Due to the start of industrialisation in the eighteenth century in London, it gave a boost of population due to migrants in the city.
□ There were fixed amount of jobs, but migration happened each and every day. Some labours even lost their previous less paid jobs.
□ Thus it became impossible for so many labours to get job in London and made the city not suitable for the labor class.
I hope this helps.
