hi there!

See, constituent assembly is a place, where some best minds of our nation(Princes of princely states, Lawyers, economists, persons having knowledge of constitution of many countries), having different thinking but same aim(the aim to frame our constitution aiming preamble of our constitution) were used to assemble to create our constitution or say to give us our constitution(a book start with preamble, and contains F.R, DPSP and many more) . In spite of having different thoughts and thinking, they always aim to follow there aim, they always want to give us best of they can.

But parliament is a place/auditorium/(saansad in hindi), where people(MLA’s) assembles, to create new laws, criticise the party in power, to think about the current problems of society and there solution and its implementation.

hope it helps ✌
