Hello,
an antibody is a protein made by the bodys immune system classed as an immunoglobulin - the purpose of which is to provide immunity to certain microbes(mainly bacteria and viruses) that invade the body in the way of infection. The antibodies are made by a type of white blood cell caused a plasma cell. The antigen is a MARKER or point of recognition on the actual cell of an invading virus or bacteria. You should think of the antigen and antibody as a lock and key- they both need to fit each other to initiate an immune response. An antiseptic is a substance usually In liquid form that is used to prevent infection by microbes- usually it applied at a point of trauma on the skin, or other external bodily tissues that are capable of becoming infected- An antiseptic must be distinguished from an antibiotic in the sense that an antiseptic PREVENTS infection whereas an antibiotic actually fights of an infection that has already occurred.

Antibodies are globular protiens  occuring naturally or produced in response to an antigen .were as antiseptics are mild chemicals applied on the body to prevent the growth of microorganisms.
