Answer:

Atoms are fundamental particles from which everything around us is made whereas when two or more atoms combine each other by chemical bond they form a molecule. Second difference is that atom has nuclear bond and molecule has covalent bond. Molecules are bigger than atoms. Atoms contain neutron and protons in nucleus whereas molecules contains only atoms.
