B.Tech is Bachelor of Technology,it is a four year course,can take admission if you have PCM in 12 class.
BCA is Bachelor in computer application,it is a three year course,can take admission after 12 class.

it depends upon your interest.doing any course with good institute and with good percentage and knowledge gives you better opportunity
