  • As the Name suggests, commercial banks exist to earn profit whereas non commercial banks do not have profit earning as their prior motive. Commercial banks offer many services, like bank guarantee, locker facility, collection on behalf of customers etc whereas non commercial banks do not provide such services.

Hope it will be helpful :)

Explanation:

Non-commercial use encompasses a wide range of exciting possibilities—including artistic, educational, scholarly, and personal projects that will not be marketed, promoted, or sold. ...Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction.
