Answer:

Substane which allow current to pass through itself is called conducter

Substane which doesn't allow current to pass through itself is called insulator

Explanation:

conductor can conduct heat and electricity

but

insulator can not conduct heat and electricity

mainly metals are good conductors

but

non metals are bad condutors that is insulators except graphite
