Different between ego and positive attitude with examples

Ego is very dangerous nd can kill a relationship within a minute.ego harms a person's emotions.
For example _ if i have a fight with my best friend but unable to say sorry because of my self respect nd ego nd she was waiting for my sorry.
Positive attitude _ it ispires others to do something great. It motivates others.
For example _ motivational speakers.
