different between human development Report and world Development report

acccording to the world bank the countries have been divided into rich countries and poor countries i.e the countries having per capita income less than 1536  are poor countries while those having PCI more than 10050 are classified as rich countries.
(please confirm the pci i'm not sure about the exact pci)
while according to the hdi the countries have been ranked according to their development in various parameters like literacy rate net attendence ration per capita income etc
