prokaryotic cells are those cells which doesn't have a well defined nucleus and they just Avenue cleared without a nuclear membrane.
in a Eukaryotic cell the clear membrane is well defined and the nucleus is embedded and didn't move freely in generally Eukaryotic cells have all the orgenell.
