It is not compulsory that the development for one means the same for development of other. A business man who is settled in life and have money will think to progress more in life and earn more where as a casual labour who is not well settled will think of the job security. Therefore different people have different goals.

yes rightly said because for a farmer it could be of having good production of crops and they get good money from the buyers but for middle class person it can be of getting a job and get settled
