plant tissue culture are following types:-

• callus culture :- callus is a group of irregular undifferentiated actively dividing cells.

• suspension culture :- it is a small group of cells which is suspended in liquid medium.

• shoot culture :- cytokinin hormone increases shoot culture.

• somatic embryo culture :- it develops from somatic cell. A matured somatic cell or embryoid germinates to forms a complete plant lets.
