you can do any sports you like but before playing you should do some running for warm-up and head-to-toe exercises in order can follow. you can then play the sport you like ( martial art is also included ) and after you are done with the sports you can do some stretching exercises to relax your muscles. and make sure you drink water only after your body temp. comes back to normal. and don't go under the fan for drying let the nature(air) do that for you.
