Answer:

Two differences between sols and emulsions.

Sols:

When solids are dispersed in liquid it leads to the formation of solutions called sols.

It is highly stable when compared with emulsions.

Substances such as paints, cell fluids, and inks are considered as sols.

Emulsions:

When liquids are dispersed in liquid it leads to the formation of solutions called emulsions.

It is less stable when compared with sols.

Substances such as milk, cream, butter, oil in water are considered as emulsions.
