Heat is a form of energy whereas temperature is a term which is used to express the heat.
Heat is transferred from high temperature body to low temperature body. Whereas temperature is the degree of hotness or coldness of a body.
Units of heat :
S.I unit is JOULE
C.G.S unit is CALORIE.
Units of temperature :
S.I unit is KELVIN
C.G.S unit is CELSIUS.
