Answer- 1. Heat is a form of energy which can be transferred from one object to another through difference of temperature b/w them whereas temperature is a reliable measure of hotness of an object.
2. Units of heat are Calorie and Joule whereas units of temperature are Kelvin, Celsius and Fahrenheit.

Heat :
It is a form of energy which measures the total energy of molecules movement within.
It flows from higher temperature to lower temperature. Heat is measured in joule.
Temperature :
It is the average heat of an object. It is measured in degrees using Celsius or Fahrenheit scale.
