Differentiate between -

1) osmosis and transpiration.

Transpiration is the loss of max. water present in the plants through stomata of leaves . Osmosis-a process by which molecules of a solvent tend to pass through a semipermeable membrane from a less concentrated solution into a more concentrated one.

Transpiration:-

the process of water passing out from the surface of a plant or leaf.

Micronutrients:-

a chemical element or substance required in trace amounts for the normal growth and development of living organisms.

Macronutrients:-

a type of food (e.g. fat, protein, carbohydrate) required in large amounts in the diet.

a chemical element (e.g. potassium, magnesium, calcium) required in large amounts for plant growth.
