Puberty is the physical process of the variations by which adolescents would attain maturity with regard to sex. Basically, puberty involves gaining the physical capacity to reproduce.

So while puberty is related to the changes in a person's body, adolescence is viewed to be the period of social and psychological progress from childhood to that of adulthood.

Adolescence is the phase of life in which a person undergoes several changes to attain sexual maturity. Generally it is from (13-19)years of age.


While puberty is the process of primary and secondary changes in body to attain sexual maturity.
