  1. Tissue is composed of similar cells while organ has different types of cells.
  2. Multiple tissues combine together to form organs while multiple organs work together to form organ systems.
  3. One tissue can perform only single function while one organ can perform various functions.
  4. Tissues example are epithelial tissue, adipose tissue, etc. Organs examples are heart, kidney, etc.
