The difference amongst the blood and lymph is as follows

• Blood is red in color whereas the lymph is a straw colored fluid
• The blood flows within the tissues and the cells and supply oxygen to them whereas the lymph is the excess fluid that flows out from the tissue
• The cellular composition of blood contains RBC , WBC , Blood platelets whereas the lymph consists of WBC and some proteins
• The blood carries oxygen and supplies whereas the lymph maintains immunity.
