Hi !yoga is very important for our health .Its improve our posture ,flexibility, strength and balance. Asanas do promote good health, although in different ways compared to physical exercise, placing the physical body in position that cultivate also awareness ,relaxation and concentration. There are many yoga which help to make our body fit and disease free.Some asanas are- vajarasana, hasthasana,trikonasana,ardha matsyendrasana so on. Its benefits are- improve digestion and back pain. cleans the internal orangs. energies and stretches the backbone. relieve stress and fatigue. May be this answer help u.
