Bryophytes:-

Bryopyta are known as the amphibians of the plant kingdom. the plant body is generally differentiated to make stem and leaf- like structures. there is no particular tissue for the conduction of water and other materials from one part of the plant body to the another.

Moss and Marchantia are examples of Bryopytes.

Pteridophytes:-

In pteridophyta, the plant body is differentiated into roots, stem and leaves and contains specialised tissue for the conduction of water and other material from one part of the plant body to the another.

Marsilea, ferns ad horse-tails are some examples of Pteridophytes.
