chlorenchyma and aerenchyma are types of parrenchyma. thats the similarity.
coming to difference..
1. when parrenchyma stores air it is called aerenchyma and similarly, called chlorenchyma when it stores chlorophyll.
2. aerenchyma is found in hydrophytes (plants living in water) like lotus, water hyacinth etc.
chlorenchyma is found in all green plants.
3. chlorenchyma has its own DNA but aerenchyma does not.
I hope you find the answer useful! ( A bit of it at least! )
