what do you know about federalism

under federalism, the power is divided between a central authority and its various constituents ,In the Federal government there is a division of subjects and local government enjoy their freedom and power . India, USA Australia and Canada adopted the federal system. and in this the various constituent unit and the central authority run their Administration independently and do not interfere unnecessarily in the affairs of one another.

Federalism means that there is a clear division of power between the central , state and district level governments. A country should have a federal system of power because this makes governing the country easier. For example ; India is a federal country.
